Q: How is the party time structured?

Essential Green, Basic White & Deluxe Blue: 1.5 hours in the gym + 30 minutes in the party room.
Ultimate Silver: 45 minutes in the gym + 45 minutes in the party room.

Q: Can we bring our own food?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring any extra food, snacks, or drinks you’d like. You can also order in pizza.

Q: Do we need to bring decorations?
No—each package already includes themed decorations based on the level you choose. (The Essential Green Package does not include decorations)

Q: Can we arrive early to set up?
We recommend arriving no earlier than 15 minutes before your party starts. Staff will arrive 30 minutes prior, so this gives them time to get set up. If you are bringing your own decorations, you are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior as long as we are notified!

Q: Is the gym supervised?
Yes. Our trained staff supervise all gym activities to ensure a safe and fun experience.

Q: What should guests wear?
Comfortable, athletic clothing is best. Please avoid jewelry, zippers, or restrictive clothing.

Q: Do you provide a host or party assistant?
Yes, all birthday party packages will have at least 2 staff members to assist with anything that is needed. The Essential Green Package only includes one staff member to take payment at the end of your party.

Q: Can we bring our own entertainment or characters?
Yes, just notify us in advance!

Q: What’s your cleanup policy?
We take care of the cleanup for you! Please just gather your personal items after your party.

Q: Can we pay in advance?
We recommend waiting until the end of your party to make your payment so we can provide an accurate headcount. If you choose to pay in advance and your party exceeds the number of children included in your package, an additional charge will be applied at the end. 

Q: Do the party packages include the soccer field?

No. We no longer run the soccer field and do not have access. The parties do include: Essential Green & Basic White- trampoline, ninja equipment, and tumbling equipment. Deluxe Blue & Ultimate Silver- trampoline, ninja equipment, tumbling equipment, bounce house, and inflatable slide.
