Play and Learn After School Program
Additional Information
Power Haus is now offering an after school program for athletes ages 5-11 that are in the K to 5th grade. Come bring your athlete for some after school fun at Power Haus!
Hours of Operation & Pricing
The hours of operation for the program will be from bus/parent drop off approximately 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
During this time, the athlete will have access to homework help, a snack and drink included in tuition, a recreational tumbling class, bounce houses, and access to purchasing items from the snack bar!
Tuition
$24 per day for 3-5 days per week
$29 per day for 1-2 days per week
$10 additional daily fee, per child for half days
Tuition is due weekly. If on vacation or gone for a week, payment will still be due to your hold place in the program. We require a card to be enrolled into auto-pay upon registration!
Transportation
Athletes that attend Waterloo and Columbia School Districts will have transportation to PHC provided by the public school bus. Athletes that do not attend Waterloo or Columbia school district and would like to attend the after school program will need a parent or guardian to drop off at Power Haus to be able to attend the program.

While the athletes are attending the after school program, there are endless options for educational opportunities and fun.

Arts and Crafts
Athletes are encouraged to participate in all activities planned during the program. Conversely, if that athlete needs time for relaxing, there will be space for that as well.
Payment & Fees
Tuition for every athlete must be paid each week, prior to when the athlete attends to hold that athletes spot in the program.
Tuition payments can be made through Cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal. Every week’s tuition needs to be made by the Sunday before returning to the program.

Additionally, there will be a late fee of $1 per minute after 6:05 pm if the athlete has not been picked up by guardian. Three late pickups without notification will result in dismissal from the program.
Core Values
Our mission during this program is to instill our five core values onto the athletes. Our goal is to teach how communication, character, failing forward, and gossip free zones create healthy strong young athletes. Power Haus would like to teach these values through our healthy friendships between peers and leadership from coaches and staff!

Things to note:
1. Transportation will only be provided from Waterloo and Columbia school districts at the moment.
2. You will need to fill out the Bus Form for Waterloo School District to have our address as the Alternate Afternoon Drop-off location. For Columbia School District you will need to call 618-281-6555 and talk to Abby about the new drop off location.
3. If your child does not attend Waterloo or Columbia School District, you will need to provide transportation to Power Haus.
4. Weekly payment is due by the Sunday before the upcoming week.
5. Our goal is to grow this program to include more schools and age groups. We invite you to still fill out the form if your child's school/age are not currently included, so that we have your contact information.
