About Coach Herb
Coach Herb Foerster has been coaching for over 40 years in California, St. Louis and the Metro east.
He started the Knights SC in the Metro East in 1998.
He also coached the Boys and Girls teams at Parkway South HS, the women’s team at St. Louis Community College and Fontbonne University.
He coached club soccer at Scott Gallagher, JB Marine and Sporting St. Louis, as well as, Missouri ODP U12 and U18 Girls Teams.
