Floor: Will consist of 1 or 2 passes of tumbling skills. See below for potential passes.
Double Mini: Will consist of 2 passes on the trampoline with blue pads. See below for potential passes.
Trampoline: Will consist of 2 passes on the long trampoline with red pads. See below for potential passes.

$20 per event

Extra practice time starting at 9:30am
$5 spectator entrance.

1. Forward roll, rock back to bottom, push up into tabletop, hold for 2 seconds, sit back down, rock back into safety roll, roll forward to stand, lever back to stand, step together, 3 bunny hops, stick for 3 seconds.
2. Forward roll to stand, step forward into handstand, step down, cartwheel, step together, safety roll, sit on bottom, push up into tabletop, hold for 2 seconds, come down, roll back to front and stand up, stick for 3 seconds.
Please Choose 1 of the following passes:
1. Running cartwheel, turn, cartwheel, step forward to handstand, step down and together, safety roll to bottom, push into bridge, kickover or come down from bridge, if coming down flip over to plank and walk hands in up to standing, stick for 3 seconds.
2. Running cartwheel, turn, roundoff, back roll to stand, step forward into handstand forward roll, step forward into handstand bridge, kickover or come down from bridge, if coming down flip over to plank and walk hands in up to standing, stick for 3 seconds.
Please Choose 1 of the following passes:
1. Dive Roll to stand, step forward into handstand snap down, fall back into bridge and kick over, step forward into tick tock, step forward into handstand forward roll, stand up, running cartwheel, step together, stick for 3 seconds.
2. Dive Roll to stand, step forward into handstand snap down, step back into back walkover, step forward into tick tock, step forward into front walkover, running roundoff, stick for 3 seconds.
Please Choose 1 of the following passes:
1. Handstand hop, step down, handstand snap down, safety roll to stand, step back into back walkover snap down, running roundoff, rebound and stick for 3 seconds.
2. Front Handspring, step forward into handstand hop, safety roll back to stand, standing back handspring, running roundoff back handspring, rebound and stick for 3 seconds.
Please Choose 1 of the following passes:
1. Safety roll to tuck jump, running roundoff back handspring step out, handstand roll, rock forward to knees, knees to feet, rebound, land, standing back handspring step out, step together and stick for 3 seconds.
